Site wide, we work our coffee strength out on a scale of 1 (not at all strong) to 14 (our strongest coffee).

You’ll see the strength of our coffee depicted by the amount of coloured-in coffee beans in each products description.

Yes and No. Some of the products we supply are fully compostable coffee pods, in the Caffesso range this is determined by the brown ‘cardboard looking’ cases. In this case the whole capsule, once finished with can be composted in local food bins, compost heaps or indeed any other way you may normally compost any waste you have.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed by 5pm (UK time), Monday to Friday on the same day. We ask that you allow 3-5 business days for your delivery to arrive, but this is usually much sooner. For all delivery information, including which courier we use, please visit this page.
