Cajamarca in northern Peru has become one of the best regions in the country to grow and produce unique coffees thanks to its exuberant forests, rich soils and high elevation.

This shade grown coffee has been fully washed to accentuate its citrus and chocolate notes.

Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Our capsules are 100% aluminium and are fully recyclable.
