With this variant known as Ardenza, you get a ristretto full of power that really awakens the senses, and which is known for being one of the most intense coffees in Nescafé Dolce Gusto’s range.

The coffee is made from Ethiopian and Colombian Arabica beans, which have been mixed with Robusta beans from Vietnam, which have been slowly darkroasted.

Here is a coffee for those who really like intense and strong coffee. A ristretto is the strongest of all the espresso varieties, as it is brewed with half as much water as a regular espresso, but with the same amount of coffee.

You can therefore be sure to get a coffee with a taste that really penetrates. The coffee is spiced, with complex taste notes of dried fruits, licorice and junipers. In other words, you get a small cup which is suitable as a quick morning coffee to wake up to, and which always gives a quick shot of new energy – and which in the same way therefore also works well for afternoon use, if you need a jolt of energy.

So if you are into a dark-roasted intense and aromatic coffee that provides good energy – and a coffee that can also be drunk in a hurry, this variant will fully live up to this.
